Waterfall trail is only open to hikers. Mountain bikes, E-bikes and Horses are not permitted on the trail.

This is a nice short hike to a beautiful waterfall – especially in the spring months when runoff is flowing higher than normal. In the fall the water from Cold Creek can be greatly diminished but still manages to flow year round.

There are a few steep sections and the final approach to the base of the waterfall is down a steep hill with a rope to help you make your way to the base. The trail is mostly shaded and is a nice relief from some of the more exposed hiking trail options. You will be hiking up Cold Creek Canyon starting near the top of the campsite areas in the canyon. the trailhead has a small parking area and signs directing you to the trailhead.
